What is your Returns Policy?
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with the quality of your goods. If your item is not a manufacturing fault, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to FLANCI Ltd. We will refund you once the goods are received by us, so we do recommend a signed for postage.
We do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are faulty.
To obtain a refund/exchange, you must notify us within 21 days of receipt of goods by emailing email@example.com
CHRISTMAS GIFTS - we will make exceptions for items returned or exchanged outside of the 21 days if purchased as Christmas gifts in December. Please ensure you have notified us by the 18th January 2020.

Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we operate Internationally and ship worldwide. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the parcel once it has left the UK and any import taxes or charges are to be paid by the customer.
