Orders and Returns Policy
All ordering must be done through our secure online shop.
All products are subject to stock availability. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the full details of your transaction.
Payments are to be made using PayPal or Braintree. this is a safe and secure way of paying for products. Should you have any problems during the payment process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All items include standard UK VAT.
Privacy and Security
FLANCI Ltd recognises that privacy of your personal information is extremely important. FLANCI Ltd will keep any personal information we collect from you secure and any information stored can be accessed by you upon request. We will not pass on any info to third parties, however we do have the right to disclose any personal info as required by law, when the disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and comply with the law.
Shipping and Delivery Orders over £40 will qualify for free shipping. This only applies to orders within the UK.
Free shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class service with delivery times taking approximately 2-4 working days, we will endeavour to post out orders the same day if received before noon.
If you require a faster shipping method, select 1st class to upgrade, this will be charged at £3.00.
Standard shipping (within UK) for orders less than £40: will be £2.50. This is a 2nd class Royal Mail Service - items will be posted out on the same day if ordered before noon.
Please note: FLANCI Ltd do not take responsibility for items “left in a safe place”.
Postage costs are not refundable on returned items unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
Please note that duties or taxes incurred outside the UK are not covered by FLANCI Ltd.
Standard Returns Replacement Terms
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with the quality of your goods. If your item is not a manufacturing fault, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to FLANCI Ltd.
We will refund you once the goods are received by us, so we do recommend a signed for postage.
We do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are faulty. To obtain a refund/exchange, you must notify us within 21 days of receipt of goods by emailing email@example.com

CHRISTMAS GIFTS - we will make exceptions for items returned or exchanged outside of the 21 days if purchased as Christmas gifts. Please ensure you have notified us by the 18th January 2020.
